Switch delivery on and a new option appears in the order flow: enter the address and phone number, and Bario adds the delivery fee to the total automatically, waived if the order is over your free-delivery threshold. The order routes to the kitchen with a delivery banner on the ticket, then lands in the delivery queue. Drivers claim what they can take, open the address in Google Maps with one tap, mark the order delivered, and collect cash or card at the door. Managers can assign a driver directly instead, and a delivery report shows counts, revenue, fees, and time-to-paid per driver and per day.

How do I turn delivery on?
It is a single switch in settings, alongside your delivery fee and optional free-delivery threshold. Turn it off again and the delivery option disappears from the order screen without affecting anything else.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
Bario adds your configured fee to the order total on the server, and waives it automatically when the order value is above your free-delivery threshold. The fee is collected with the first payment on the order.
Can drivers take payment?
Yes. The Driver role can mark orders as paid, so cash or card collected at the door is recorded against the order immediately and shows up in the day's cash report.
Do drivers pick their own deliveries?
They can. An unclaimed order in the delivery queue can be claimed by any driver, and released again if plans change. Managers can also assign a specific driver, including themselves.
Does the kitchen know an order is for delivery?
Yes. Delivery orders show a banner on the display and print with the address on the kitchen ticket, so nothing gets plated for a table that does not exist.
Can I see how my delivery operation is doing?
Yes. The delivery report covers order count, revenue, fees collected, average order value, average time from order to paid, and the cash/card mix, broken down by driver and by day.
