Kitchen and bar are switched on out of the box, and either can be switched off if you do not need it. Beyond those, name any station you like and Bario creates a display for it: a grill, a pizza oven, a dessert pass, a coffee station, a second bar down on the sand. Menu categories are pointed at whichever station should make them, so a ticket lands where the work happens. Who may open a station is a permission on your own custom roles, so the grill screen is not a screen everyone can read, and the station notifications follow the same rule. Up to four stations fit side by side on one screen in a 2x2 grid.

Custom Station Displays common questions
How many stations can I create?
As many as your venue has. Kitchen and bar come as standard, and every station you add gets its own display page, its own routing and its own permission.
How does an item know which station to go to?
By its menu category. Each category is pointed at a display route, so pointing your Pizza category at the pizza station sends every pizza there without touching the individual items.
Can I stop staff opening a station that is not theirs?
Yes. Each station is a permission you grant on a custom role, so only the roles you choose can open it, and its notifications reach only those people.
Can one screen show more than one station?
Yes. Split-screen mode puts up to four stations side by side on a single display, in a 2x2 grid, which suits a small kitchen with one large monitor.
Can somebody working a station take an order?
Yes. Every display has a quick-order button, so a bartender taking a walk-up order does not have to find another device.
