What reports does Bario provide?
A headline sales summary, daily revenue, per-item sales, employee performance, table and zone revenue, cash, tips, cancellations, shifts, busyness versus your historical average, and delivery, all updated in real time and filterable by date range.
Can I export reports from Bario?
Yes. Every report has a CSV export button, so you can hand figures to your accountant or open them in a spreadsheet. Companies on an annual plan also receive an emailed summary of the previous month on the 1st.
Can I see how a single dish is selling over time?
Yes. Click any item in the popular items report to open a 12-month bar chart of quantity sold per month, plus a breakdown of which waiters sold it and what share each one accounted for.
How do I know whether today was actually busy?
The busyness report compares today's hours and this week's days against your own averages, with a choice of baseline: yesterday, this week, the last four weeks, this month, last month, or all time. A first-season venue gets a useful comparison from the rolling four-week baseline.
Who can access the reports in Bario?
Reports are accessible to users with the Manager or Admin role, or any custom role you grant the reports permission to. Waiters and kitchen staff do not see financial data.
